Bramvault
Menu

For US brands entering Canada.

If your products sell in the United States and you are evaluating Canada, Bramvault would like to discuss a wholesale account. With your approval, our first planned resale channel would be Amazon.ca.

What changes when you sell into Canada

A Canadian wholesale buyer could handle some local retail work. We would agree responsibilities before the first order.

Bilingual labels

Some consumer products sold in Canada need label information in English and French. We would review the requirements for each product before ordering.

Sales tax

Canada uses GST/HST, and some provinces have sales tax. We would confirm the tax responsibilities for each proposed arrangement.

Customs and import

Depending on the arrangement, we could import goods or buy through your Canadian distributor. We would agree responsibilities first.

Marketplace rules

Amazon.ca has its own fees and category rules, separate from Amazon.com.

Is your line a fit?

We are opening our first accounts and expect modest opening orders. We would only list products after confirming resale permission.

We are looking at

Lines that fit

  • Home and household goods
  • Storage and organization
  • Kitchen tools
  • Office supplies
  • Garage, workshop and hardware

Not for now

Lines outside our first review

  • Food and beverages
  • Supplements and health products
  • Cosmetics and personal care
  • Hazardous materials
  • Products without rights to sell in Canada
